~alysha: Worst support company by far. Spoke with at least * different agents who could not help or understand me. Was disconnected * different times and transferred repeatingly and was told to explain my problem every single time. These people get paid to do nothing but make you wait on hold and find someone else to handle your problem and fail.

~alysha: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~alysha: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
