~kat: They bounced me around to different departments. They kept asking the same question multiple times and they couldn't understand how to spell names or read product key numbers. Princess was her name and she kept repeating her lines I think because she didn't know what she was doing. I did not get the help I need and she said her boss was not on the floor to help.
