~MaggieLeeMcQueen: I kept pressing * until it got a rep. This was * something Saturday evening. I needed transactions canceled and hundreds refunded. There was no problem. I was on hold over ** min while it was processed, tho. I'm not good w accents even tho I'm told I have a slight *. I was on the phone a total of ** minutes, but that's just because I had trouble accessing my accounts' passwords online, and that was the bulk of the call.
