~zanna124: I waited ** minutes to complain that I had just spent * *** hrs on line with a technician that ruined my computer. When I called in, I had Office ****, which they deleted and were unable to load Office ****, so I had nothing when I finished. After * *** hours, they blamed my computer b*c they had no answeres-- how unprofessional. If it was my computer, why did I have Office **** when I called in and did not have it after their "help?" THis is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in ** yrs of being a Microsoft customer . shopping for a Mac tomorrow.
