~Edward: I waited for ** minutes to get a hold on a real representative. When I finally got someone to talk to I could not even understand their thick accent. I was put on hold again after I told them my problem, and was transferred to another representative. This representative did not know how to solve my problem, and told me to visit the Microsoft website for help.
