GetHuman-350746: I was hung up on * times from Derrick and a girl-Nicoe* HAD TO CALL BACK * or * times. On last call, I want those * people who hung up,Derrick and Nicole, heir jobs cause they don't know their jobs, those *, u don't have to know your jobs so they hung up* the next call, the woman said I have to call the Techical rep, the woman said she's not techical reps which is I called, got transferred. She didn't sound happy and could only give me a little info so she didn't want to deal & worst, transferring me without telling me & I knew right away,she put me thru an OUT OF BOUND, Phillipines. I asked a question, no reply, repeated a few times more & when I asked him a question, silence so I kept saying HELLO * or * times then he responded and didn't give me an answer -- he repeated the same thing again. I asked if he was in the Technical Rep, he said yes so I asked why didn't speak, silence. I said why are you not answering my questions, he doesn't know everything so I told him, wow I can use a
