~Herb: Windows * is apparently not allowing my new HP computer to access external hard drives (* drives that both work on other computers, tested on * USB ports on the HP). "Giselle" spent an hour reading her on-line help guide and asking me questions before giving up and telling me that if I wanted the problem fixed, I would have to pay for it.

~Herb: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Herb: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Microsoft - Tech Support's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Herb: For that I would say five out of five.
