GetHuman-406116: I have had problems with Microsoft in the past but this last Wednesday night takes the cake. I started with a simple question and ended up on the phone for over ** hours being transferred to this person and that person all not in my country, being told this and that! In the end I had to finally hang up, call my bank and put a stop payment on what the reps in foreign countries sold me (I found out that what I was trying to do could be done with a free app with Microsoft). Why do companies that make their fortune here in the states get away with hiring contractors in foreign countries? Part of the ** hours I spent was trying to find someone in the US to take ownership over the problem which today I got, but if I ever have to call Microsoft for help again I hope someone will shoot me in my head! Microsoft in my opinion is the *nd worse when it comes to customer service with Hewlett-Packard coming in at *rd. The only company in my opinion is worse is Walmart. Why do people shop at a
