GetHuman-sfreedm: I've been working with Guarav Vaid, and he has been SUPER responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-sfreedm: Guarav spent several hours with me helping to figure out why I had wifi connectivity problems. He knew what he was doing, he called back when he said he would, and he fixed the problem. Today we spoke for about *.* hours and he was quite sick with a cold but he came in to work because he had several follow-up calls to make, including mine. Can't ask for anything much better. I hope his supervisor reads this and it goes into his personnel file. If I ever have any other problems, I would welcome the opportunity to work with him!
