~Donna: I called the JS two weeks ago to let them know we were moving, and the last day we wanted to receive the Sunday paper. Apparently they cancelled it AS OF that date and would not deliver us our last paper. I told the rep my husband reads it during dialysis, so now he has nothing to do for * hours. He refused to get anyone out to deliver our last paper. He said there was nothing he could do. Why do they even call it the Customer Service department?
