~diab: Over the course of * months, I called for assistance * times at all hours of day and night. Minimum wait was ** minutes. Longest wait was ** minutes. Average of all * times was ** minutes. Once, after waiting ** minutes, I got cut off by them * minutes into conversation and had to call back. Horrendous. They have customers by the neck as there is no place else to go. Choosing a medical device should include ease of customer service. Shame on Minimed.

~diab: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~diab: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Minimed's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~diab: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Minimed customers?
~diab: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Minimed to know who you are.
