GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Minimed customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-269254: The amount of time that I would be on hold has increased exponentially from the first time I called (* yrs ago.) to recently. The people that I spoke with were unable to provide an answer for my problem and when I asked for some who could the phone rep became hostile. Customer service with minimed began to deterriorate dramatically for me about ** months ago when I first alerted minimed about problems. There have been no improvements in their service since I first made my complaints.

GetHuman-269254: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-269254: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Minimed's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-269254: For that I would say five out of five.
