~alexatorres88: I have been trying to get this problem addressed for the past week directly through the hotel in Lakewood, Colorado regarding an insulin syringe found in the shower. Although the CSR was friendly, there has been absolutely no resolve to the situation, even after calling the support line. Hopefully this gets passed on to the right person in corporate.
