GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/04/17?
GetHuman-rayleneb: I recently stayed with the Motel * in Springfield Oregon Ima frequent customer I had the worst service it's now two times in a row I stay about once a month because I live out of town from where I work I am also in the hospitality industry and this is by far the worst service not only worst service but terrifying service I feel Motel * jeopardized mine and my partner's safety we're very rude and inconsiderate about the one and only complaint we had but do not extend our stay for a half an hour a late check-out during a blizzard and they were very demanding very rude and I don't feel I need to be treated that way my partner wanted to go public with it or jeopardizing the safety of Our Lives making us leave but I figured I would call corporate and see if anybody there can handle the situation because it's not the first time I understand you are very short-staffed and have no manager but I do like I said come from the hospitality industry and you will not have staff to employ if they keep treating their guests the way they do I'd appreciate a phone call back *** *** ****
