GetHuman-puckjim: stayed at the Motel * in Chicopee, MA, the A*C leaked all over the floor. There was an ashtray in the non-smoking room, was told it is for people to put our there butts on the balcony, room smelled like smoke...also received my wake-up call an hour late...other than that, the room was clean.
