UNDER WARRANTY - EACH CALL IS A **-** HOLD TIME AND THEN YOU START FROM SCRATCH EACH TIME WITH SOMEONE THAT BARELY SPEAKS ENGLISH. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. I HAVE PROBABLY RACKED UP * HOURS OF PHONE TIME IN ONE WEEK JUST TRYING TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE
