~Mom: The difficulty was not in the promptness of response or communication. The rep answered my question, "When will my new Moto G* receive the Android * update?" Answer: "We don't know, but you will." Really?" Then she asked me if she had answered my question and I told her yes but didn't like the answer. She said thank you and disconnected from the chat.
