~grey waters: horrible service. Hard to hear agent and hard to understand. Asked to speak with supervisor and was put on hold ,then same person tried to tell me they were the supervisor. After demanding to speak to higher up that spoke clear English I finally spoke to real supervisor and am still waitng for my new phone to be shipped (*rd moto x in * months)Very bad service reps from over seas ,not in America.
