~PatWright61: I already submitted my review, which was very positive, but I noticed something on the page that I wanted to correct. Where you have the number listed, under that, you have "Talk to a Human." This number takes you to Ancestry.Com, which is automated, but eventually you get a human, where you ask for the My Family department. Then you are in for a little more automated, before finally talking to another human. It was very quick through these steps today, though.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Myfamily.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Myfamily.com problem?
~PatWright61: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~PatWright61: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Myfamily.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PatWright61: For that I would say five out of five.
