~nt10sux: After * phone calls of ** mins each on my husbands net** minutes to get my phone no transferred to a phone we had I learned I had conflicting information - and I had to spend minute after minute on hold during each conversation while the rep confirmed various numbers I gave each time w* a supervisor. Each subsequent call with my case number did not improve this except the *rd call when I asked for THE supervisor. They apologize and thank you constantly - which becomes worthless. In the end, I'm changing companies. I got conflicing info between calls - when I complained and said I might just change carriers - the super said "well, if that's your decision." Yep, you just helped me make it.

~nt10sux: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
