~steve: I informed support I was using McDs WI-FI and I could get disconnected at anytime? His response "how may I assist you" I was online with support close to an hour. The issue I was having was not very complicated. I could not understand why it was taking so long? I'm talking like **-** minutes without a word from them. I thought I lost my connection until I typed and asked if he was there.Minutes later he tells me his tool is having problems loading my account? Betcha I spent **-** minutes without a word from support. What gripes me is he asked me something and I wasn't able to reply right away and he types "IF I DO NOT GET A RESPONCE FROM YOU IN * MINUTE OUR CHAT SESSION WILL CLOSE' That's what pisses me off. I wait on him yet if I get out of my chair I get threatn. FKN BS Net**
