~Vicki Serre: Too hard to replace a defect Net Ten phone be that sim card is not changeable. Set up the replacement phone too * hr with help. My Call contacts transferd but my phone number was lost and over * days and ** hrs of my time, the *th Rep. told me it was sent back to carrier, but the *th Rep guaranteed me that within a few hrs the phone would working with my old number. * days later and I am stuck with another number and hundreds of people to try and contact. Every Service Rep gave ma a different story and steps to take, which did not work. So you can guess the rest.

~Vicki Serre: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Vicki Serre: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NET 10's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Vicki Serre: For that I would say five out of five.
