After I did that, it sent me back to "main menu" where I had to follow the prompts go through the exact same thing again. Then, since the wait time would be too long, I opted for their call-back feature. I'm still waiting for them to call back. It's *:** right now, and I called them right when they opened at *:**. I still have not spoken to anyone, so I don't know how today's customer service will turn out.
