~Rob: I had an issue with NV Energy about a payment I made and they used the excuss my bank didnt process the payment and that I entered incorrect payment information. I am now made to pay my payments at the Shop and Stop locatins only and I was charged a $**.** fee. I wish I can go to another power company unfortunitly they are the only one and they have no problem telling you tuff luck we cant do anything to help you. The customer service supervisors are down right unprofessional and disgusting to deal with. I wonder how thay even got promoted. NV Energy please invest some customer service training for your staff or promote some that are more helpful and happy to come to work everyday.
