~Dumbass Sinan Ozyol: It took * customer service people * hours to take an order to turn on electricity to * of my units. If you have commercial property in southern NV, then I am SO sorry you have to waste time with this company. First they told me to go online to put in the orders, then I couldn't log in online, then when I did log in, the **** system had an error message & couldn't take my orders. So I had to call again. The last person, Bonnie, was sweet but incompetent. Then after I hung up, she called me back & said that her supervisor didn't like how she answered my questions so for training purposes, could I log back online so she could walk me through it again? No thanks. Do your training on your own time. I've already wasted * hours of my life.
