GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/06/17?
GetHuman-carol_ha: I love the new Thins cookies, Oreos, Chips Ahoy, but I have had several bags of these cookies that were just crumbled messes when I opened the bags. I purchased these at WalMart in Cornelia, Ga and Ingles in Cornelia, GA. the stores would not give me a refund. They both said I mishandled the cookies when I bought them. This is unacceptable to me. I just wanted you to know and thought it was maybe a design flaw in the package.
