~Bob: I will never rent from National again. They are a complete rip-off especially in Puerto Vallerta, Mexico. **I attempting to correct my issues I have been transferred from one Customer Service person to another and finally when I arranged a conference call with American Express, I was told by "Tom" a customer service rep. that he was going on a break and would not be available for ** minutes and the call back number he gave me was not his direct line by the customer service line and no one knew who Tom was. Bad people, worse company, Never again.
