~Leaving National: I usually call the Emerald Club number. This number is now a scam, as the number transfers to the regular queue. I tried the -**** number, and the same transfer occurs. National Car is aggressively trying to annoy callers sufficient to drive them to online reservations only. National's service, wait time and telephone courtesy level now truly ****, and I'm their highest level Elite. But, hey, there's always Hertz.
