~Sepehr: NVC has the worst customer service ever. They asked for the petitioner's birth certificate (mine) and I sent them the copy with the translation, along with a letter explaining that I left my country when I was a child and I do not have the original birth certificate. I sent them a copy of it that I had with the translation. A month later they emailed me that they need my original birth certificate. I kept calling them for * days (the line was busy) until finally tonight after being on hold for ** min, they answered just to say mail us the letter again and we'll respond in ** days!!! Unbelievable...
