~albanosheme@live.com: This is probably my *'th review. I have send full civil documents to NVC and Resend them again since they asked for a correction on affidafit form. It has been almost ** days from the day i sent revised form, and it has been * months since they have received my case for petiotion for my parents. I am really very very dissapointed, i am feeling confused, anxious all the time because i do not know when they will review my case? Other than that, when i call to get a status they simply tell me i shouldn't be calling , i MUST wait ** or more until they send me a reply via MAIL. This is not how we deserve to be treated. I have no idea where to complain to make the process better?**Respectfully, Albano Sheme**Thanks.
