GetHuman: And which of these common Navigon customer issues best describes the reason you wanted to talk to them?

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Navigon customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Virgil: *** is actually **** (* days)! Only number I could get was corporate office. No help there. * E-mail requests for 'SPECIFIC' instructions from tech group to expand GPS system memory was useless. I agree, buy another GPS where they CARE. How about a "* out of *"!!

~Virgil: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about Navigon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Virgil: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Navigon customers?
~Virgil: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Navigon to know who you are.
