~Maria: You cant reach anyone live on their phone number, and emailing about an issue will result in them telling you to send your unit in, whereby a $** diagnostic fee will be charged if you are out of warranty. But there is no way to verify if you are within warranty or not because you cant speak to anyone!! Its a set up to make a quick $**!! Buy another GPS from a company who cares about your satisfaction!!

~Maria: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Maria: For that I would say one out of five.
