GetHuman-174406: I called from Afghanistan trying to solicit assistance with wiring funds from my Navy Federal Checking Account to my brother's account after a hurricane had destroyed his home. Navy Federal credit union was unable to make this happen within ** hours of notification. Upon redeployment I will change banks.
