GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-cgq48: Neiman Marcus together with Capital One have ruined my long excellent credit history for a petite credit misunderstanding over a less then a ** day bill for $***.**. I owed **.** in July to be paid by August *th. I paid the whole amount of $***.** on July **th. They charged me a $**.** late fee, and reported me to the credit bureaus which caused my credit score to fall *** points from *** to ***. I am applying for a new mortgage and it has caused my rate to go up and it will cost me hundreds of dollars.*None of the * companies research the case well, they don't care or value their older customers. Beware!
