~CW: Ordered shoes on sale - hard to get size. Received $**** dress in box although shipping doc said shoes. Shoes no longer in stock. Customer service agent was cut and dry and did not convey any sincerity while stating "we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience" which was immediately followed up with "is there something else we can help you with" NM needs some customer service training on how to convey to the customer appreciation for shopping at NM and an attempt to remedy the situation vs. nothing we can do but refund your purchase - move on.

~CW: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
