~Kristen: This company took two loan payments out of my account causing some significant money issues. When I finally got a number to contact them at I was told by the nice customer service person that she would direct me to someone who could help. help....yeah right.. I was told that there is nothing they could do and that they were not going to refund the second payment. When I told the account MANAGER that I was not happy with this plan she told me that she was not going to agrue with me that this conversation was over and I needed to contact my bank to get them to refund the payment. My bank is now going after Nelnet to get my money back. This is the worse company ever the managers are so rude and not helpful at all. Please look at different companies when picking one for yr student loan.
