GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Nespresso customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~SwimMom: I called to check on an order that is supposed to take * business days. It shipped USPS and was in my mail box. It would have been nice to know this as the previous shipments have been UPS and shipped out of Kent, WA. Since I live in Oregon, I would prefer shipments out of this warehouse as I get it quicker and it arrives at my door. When product, ships from St. Petersburg Florida, apparently the capsules are shipped via USPS I had no way of knowing that it was sitting in my mailbox which is up the street. I am disabled and do not pick up my mail everyday. **It's amazing when I buy from other companies online, I get an email with a confirmation and TRACKING NUMBER! What a concept! Why when I order $** worth of coffee am I paying for shipping????? Better yet, why cant I buy coffee locally? I live in Portland, Oregon with the best coffee in the world just down the street. Portland and Seattle are coffee heaven but all of the boutiques on the west coast are in California....wha
