~Karl: The company picked up my machine for repairs, but could only come by during work hours on weekdays or between *-** on Saturdays. So I had to wait at home on two occasions (for the pickup and delivery). However, when I got the machine back, it hadn't been fixed so I had to request repairs again. This time they never showed up to pick up the machine and when I called them they told me that the people who were supposed to pick it up had been to my apartment but left as no one was home. This even though I was home the whole day. I asked if it was possible for me to leave the machine in one of their shops as I don't want to waste another Saturday at home but they told me that this is the only way. **I'm considering buying a Tassimo machine now as I can't stand this inconvenient support anymore.

~Karl: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Karl: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Nespresso's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Karl: For that I would say five out of five.

~Karl: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Nespresso to know who you are.
