GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's NetZero customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~deighlytfl: Definitely foreign representative, only passingly familiar with English, unable to understand anything that wasn't in her script. For instance, she kept asking for my address and insisting she needed to check availability in my area. I explained to her that I have no address, I am mobile and I travel extensively, all over the country as well as internationally, and she would respond with "yes very good ma'am but may I have your address so that I can check on the availability in your area" It was extremely frustrating, we went through that many times, I began to feel like I was stuck in a "who's on first" skit, but I did eventually get the mobile broadband which I had been calling for, at an amazing price (I've been looking for affordable internet for many months, very aware of other providers prices, net zero is about one fourth the cost of the other providers, therefore well worth the frustration of poor communication.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting NetZero. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a NetZero problem?
~deighlytfl: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~deighlytfl: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NetZero's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~deighlytfl: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other NetZero customers?
~deighlytfl: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for NetZero to know who you are.
