GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's NetZero customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Jeannie: I ordered this and their website and customer rep said I got service in my area. I ordered the device and service. I received the device, installed and activated it and when I attempted to access the internet, it was slower that then old dial up in the **'s. An absolute "joke". I called to cancel and they proceeded to make excuses. I called back and selected the cancel option. The cust rep tried to do the same thing,(make excuses). I told him to cancel my account and how do I return this device. He told me I could not return the device for a refund and I would have to pay the **.** for the device. I told him that I would be disputing the charge through my American Express Account. This is the worst company I have dealt with. The cust reps were okay, but to be charged for something that does not work and you cannot use and will throw away is a scam!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY MONEY!!!

~Jeannie: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Jeannie: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NetZero's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jeannie: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other NetZero customers?
~Jeannie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for NetZero to know who you are.
