GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's NetZero customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Blondie: I tried to cancel my Net Zero DSL, and Free Dial up. Net Zero rep. went on and on telling me they want to give me free Norton, Free email, etc. and bill my credit card later. They would not accept my cancellation to all services. I told them I did not want any Net Zero service, free or not, and not to bill my credit card for anything in the future. Net Zero would not accept my cancellation request and kept me on the phone for over an hour. I still don't know if they cancelled everything, as they will not send me a cancellation verification. I do not want their services, free or not, because they will automatically bill my credit card later for services I do not want.

~Blondie: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Blondie: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NetZero's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Blondie: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other NetZero customers?
~Blondie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for NetZero to know who you are.
