GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's NetZero customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~deighlytfl: The mobile broadband stick that they sent me has never worked, at least not as a broadband device. It will only do dial-up. They tried convincing me that the dial-up IS broadband...however, broadband will skype and stream, and the dial-up connection will do neither. I got it primarily for the skyping, as I skype a minimum of ** minutes a week and wanted to stop searching for the nearest free public wifi to make that weekly appointment. So far, I'm still paying for the mobile broadband that I have never gotten, and the dial-up only works about half the time. My tech support call was cut off at *am, and when I called back (as the rep had instructed) I got a recording about their hours and that they are now closed and I have to wait until *am eastern time to call back. Nothing has been fixed.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~deighlytfl: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NetZero's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~deighlytfl: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other NetZero customers?
~deighlytfl: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for NetZero to know who you are.
