~NetZero is corrupt: Under the guise of being a legitimate internet service provider, this company epitomizes everything unethical, dishonest,untrustworthy and fraudulent. **Do not let its' slick looking website fool you. Look for a contact business address--there isn't one. If you try calling the "customer support" number, take note of how there is no menu item in their phone options for directly reaching a "customer service" rep..**Here is how they treated a new customer: After paying for their service, they sent me a device stick that they confirmed would *work where I live. After arriving two days late, I connected it, and it DID NOT work where I live. I called NetZero to inform *them their device was not working as promised. After eventually winding through their phone maze, I spoke to a "Customer *Service" rep., who then transferred me to a "Technical Support" staffer who suggested I stand by a window or go outside to get *internet reception from their device. I think not.**They said to sen
