GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Netflix customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~tzjcomet: Beware. If you have the DVD service and then add 'streaming,' you have just created two plans, not one. Then when you cancel your plan as we did, if you do not cancel each plan individually, you will continue to be billed for the second plan. We ended up paying *** dollars to Netflix for nothing, and they were willing to refund a single payment of $*.**. We would have caught it, but had resubscribed and did not realize they were double billing us. They really did not care and I am sure there are thousand they have bilked in this way in the past. They could not have cared less. So we cancelled ALL subscriptions. I would rather read a book.

~tzjcomet: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~tzjcomet: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netflix's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~tzjcomet: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Netflix customers?
~tzjcomet: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Netflix to know who you are.
