~Jennifer: Had to speak to Oneka, (don't know if that's how it's spelled) the supervisor & she was so rude & then hung up on me! Very unprofessional for being a supervisor! Have had nothing but problems with Netflix for the past few months, ie: double billed! Terrible customer service!!

~Jennifer: For that I would say two out of five.

~Jennifer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Netflix to know who you are.
