~WTH: I have tried to get Netflix to help me change my password in order to access my account and have had the worst time ever. I lost my purse which includes my credit cards that I have since cancelled and these idiots keep asking me for * digits off my credit card that was lost. What?? they have failed to email me the information needed and keep saying that it is my fault it didn't go to my email box. I am also frustrated that they have people on the phone talking that can't speak English proficiently in order for me to understand what they are trying to say. Then he had the nerve to ask me to give them another card in order to open a new account and I have already paid for services for the month of June. WTH

GetHuman: And what about Netflix's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~WTH: For that I would say four out of five.

~WTH: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Netflix to know who you are.
