GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Netflix customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Babs: To whom it may concern:** $*.** for Netflix membership is a fair asking price in my opinion. I am grateful I have been given the grace of only paying $*.** for a further two years as thanks for joining. In all likelihood I would personally pay upwards of $**.**, if such a time came, for a Netflix membership. I however would instantly discontinue my subscription if at any time I should go onto Netflix and encounter commercials or ads. I understand ads and commercials generate income but I know from speaking with many happy Netflix customers that one of the selling features of Netflix is freedom from ads and commercials. Other than that concern, Netflix is the best service ever!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Netflix. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Netflix problem?
~Babs: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Babs: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netflix's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Babs: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Netflix customers?
~Babs: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Netflix to know who you are.
