GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Netflix customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~zeeg: issue: account 'paused' until charge number input. over ** hours of 'hold for bank*paypal action' and * charge methods and hours of chat room help. Told it was NOT an 'authorization',* which by all other transaction history (grocery store, ebay, google recurring account charges) takes moments* that is was a 'charge order' and that takes *-* days to process. Suggestion by Netflix that I call my bank to speed that up- Bank of America had charged my account twice, and while it was in 'pending' mode, said that the account charge was authorized and that the bank does not rescind that authorization and the problem was with netflix. After communicating this via the chat session, I was twice told that 'Netflix is just like a grocery store where you swipe your card and we wait for the bank to process' However, the grocery store lets me take my groceries with me without waiting *-* days for the bank to transfer the money into their account. So that analogy does not hold water. I am very

~zeeg: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netflix's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~zeeg: For that I would say three out of five.

~zeeg: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Netflix to know who you are.
