~AngryaboutThis: Their horrible. You cant be sent to a direct human anymore, they have stopped that. You can only be called. I set my time up and they called me the "Next mornin". ** hour service?? Thats not true at all. Something serious had went on with my card and the merchant helped me before my own card company did. As soon as this blows over, which im hopin is next week, im leavin this card company. I already gave my employer my new routing number to a different card service. I dont want no more of my checks being sent to this Netspend card. My advice to anyone is please dont get Netspend. Its very stressful and very disappointing. It will come a day where u really need help, or something happens to your card. Well, you have to wait for Netspend to call you back and lord nows when that will be. they dont call u back at the time setup for u. Stay away from Netspend

~AngryaboutThis: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Netspend to know who you are.
