~anonymous: have had great experiences until trying to transfer money to another netspend card. they had a restriction on it, asked him security questions that they had incorrect answers for (cross street near me, Davis. should be Dalton!) the person on the phone couldnt understand her own questions! Then asked for a letter from the treasury, ss card, id and utility bill to unlock it! WHAT?!Sat on hold for a manager for another ** mins with no manager coming to the phone!!

~anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netspend's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say four out of five.
